BEL RECRUITMENT 2025: The Bharat electronics limited (BEL) has announced vacancies for interested and eligible Candidate to fill the post of Advisor (Signalling railway /Metro), Advisor (Unnamed Warfare) abd Advisor ( Joint Military Operation). There are total three vacancies available for the position listed above. The maximum age limit for the applying candidate is 62 years as per the official notification. The appointment in your for the above position appropriate of one year which may be extended further for a year to year basis up to the maximum period of 8 years or till the incumbent attends the age of 68 years which ever is earlier.
The selected candidates will be given monthly income of rupees 150000 and rupees 120000 per month as per the grade at the time of retirement. As per the official notification of BEL recruitment 2025 the candidate selected for the above mentioned positions maybe posted anywhere in India as per the requirement of the committee. Signalling Systems of Railway or Metro
Safety Reliability and Compliance with Industry standard an Regulatory requirement.
Railway signal in protocols
Railway automation Technology
Advisor ( Unmanned Warfare) :
Advisor Shall be retired senior defence officer (minimum air commodore rank aur equivalent) having minimum experience of 20 years in military domain with the areas as following:
sound knowledge of using unmanned vehicle in military operation
expert in manned abd Unmanned team
able to explain tactics for unmanned warfare for swarm attack, image analytics, mission planning and advance navigations.
Advisor (Joint Military Operation):
Advisor Shall be retired senior defence officer (minimum air commodore rank aur equivalent) having minimum experience of 20 years in Military domain pad minimum 5 years of experience of working in IDS with following areas
command and control systems
military doctrines
joint mission planning
joint warfare
Terms of engagement and Allowance for BEL RECRUITMENT 2025:
As per the official notification of BEL recruitment advisors shall be engaged under the research and development category and he will report to the director R&D in BEL.
The initial period of engagement shall we for one year which may be extended year on year up to a maximum of 8 years that is overall tenure of 8 years or till the incumbent attends the age of 68 years which ever is earlier. However the extension of tenure for advisor child depend on the business equipment only and the period of engagement will come to an end on completion of the prescribe period as per the official notification.

provide understanding in requirement analysis conceptualization finalization of system operational and functional requirements for all futuristic railway and metro projects.
provide export advice related to advanced features to be developed for railway and metro projects and general consultative support to all the key stakeholders and where required provide a mentoring role to members.
guidance and finalization of user documents and test cases.
Advisor ( Joint Military Operation)
advisor shalby and expert in c41 domain having a was knowledge of military doctrines for overall technical guidance testing commissioning and validation support from operational and Research and development point of view. He will be responsible to maintain close liaison with appropriate levels in Indian armed forces.
provide guidance in a key areas and provide a mentoring role to the in house design and development teams
provide understanding in requirement analysis conceptualisation finalisation of system operational and functional requirement for all future stick joint command c41 system.
provide expert advis related to advanced feature to be developed for joint command c41 and printer consultation support to all keys take holders and where required provide a mentoring role to the members.
Advisor ( Unmanned Warfare)
advisor Shall be an expert in Unmanned Warfare domain having world’s knowledge of Unmanned Warfare systems for all technical guidance testing commissioning and validation support from operational and Research and development point of view. He will be responsible to maintain a close relation with appropriate level in Indian armed force.
