BOB RECRUITMENT 2025: Bank of Baroda , a Government of India Enterprise, invites applications from interested candidates for appointment of Business Correspondence (BC) Coordinators on Contract basis at Ernakulam, Kottayam, and Idukki Centres in the State of Kerala. There is total of 1 (one) Vacancy for the post of Business Correspondence (BC) as per the official notification.The minimum age for the application of BOB RECRUITMENT is 21 years and The maximum age for Continuation of BC Coordinators will be 65 years. The applying candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview Only.

The selected candidates will be posted in Kerala at Ernakulam, Kottayam, Idukki Centres as per the official notification. The Qualification required for the application of BOB RECRUITMENT 2025 is all retired Bank employees applicants should have total banking experience at least 3 years. For young candidate’s Minimum qualification should be Graduate with Computer Knowledge. However qualification like MSc. (IT/BE (IT)/MCA/MBA will be given preference.

For Retired Bank Employees:

  • Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager.
  • Retired Clerks and equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with Good track record.
  • All retired bank employees applicants should have rural banking experience at least 3 years.

For Young Candidates :

  • Minimum Qualification should be Graduate with Computer Knowledge (MS Office, email, internet etc.) however qualification like M.Sc. (IT) / BE (IT) / MCA/ MBA will be given preference.

Role and Responsibilities for BOB RECRUITMENT 2025:

  • monitor 35 BCs assign to them.
  • ensure that banking services are available to the identified villages/SSAs /Non SSAs including communities in urban/metro areas.
  • educate BCs about their roles and responsibilities.
  • conduct meetings in the villages SSAs and Non SSAs as well as communities in their operational areas to encourage villages / customers for availing of banking services of our bank and submit the report to regional manager.
  • conduct financial literacy sessions with villagers /communities during his visit to the village / BC points.
  • ensure that BCS have displayed the do’s and don’ts board at BC point
  • ensure that BCS are issuing only system generated slips to customers.
  • BC coordinator must take feedbacks from local customers regarding functioning of the BCA agent during his visit and submit the feedback slash report to the regional office.
  • planning organize stamps in consultation with the link branch / regional office from time to time for achieving various targets.

Geographical location of the candidate:

According to the official notification preference will be given to the candidate from the same district where they will be assigned to function and its suitable candidate are not available in the same district the candidate maybe selected from the adjoining district. In local language and dielect both reading and writing . under no circumstances the candidate will be selected from other states.

Salary criteria for BOB RECRUITMENT 2025:

As per the official notification the business coordinators will have a mixed structure of monthly remuneration comprising of both fixed and variable component.
