IIPPB RECRUITMENT 2025 : India Post Payment Bank Limited (IPPB) announced vacancies for 68 candidates for qualified, energetic and dedicated candidates for the post of Specialist Officers under the Information Technology (IT) and Information Security Department in Scale I, II and III on a Regular/ Contract Basis on various Designations like Assistant Manager IT, Manager IT and Senior Manager – IT in Technology Department and Cyber Security Expert in Information Security Department.
The age requirement for the above posts is 20 to 50 years and the candidates should have at least 03 to 06 years of working experience in the relevant field. According to the IPPB RECRUITMENT 2025 Notification , there are 68 vacancies for the mentioned positions. Candidates who will be selected , will be posted at the Corporate Office, New Delhi. Or else Bank can Post the officer in anywhere in India.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the interview. Also bank can also conduct an Assessment, Group Discussion, on Online Test in addition to the interview. The Candidates belonging to the SC/ ST/ PWD category are required to pay an Intimation Charge of Rs.150 whereas for OBC and GENERAL need to pay Rs. 750.

Assistant Manager – IT
- Candidate must know IT application monitoring, application design, solution design, performance monitoring, project management,
- Middle wave management and monitoring. Java based application login monitoring.
- IT infrastructure support and monitoring.
- knowledge of virtualisation, severe patching, middleware, Application performance monitoring etc.
Manager – IT ( Payment System)
- Monitoring 24X7 operations of NEFT / RTGS, UPI IMPS ECOM IPS etc applications that include
a. Batch settlement
b. Performing assessment on BD/TD and identifying areas to improve.
c. Maintain SLA
d. Patching activities on SFMS and Other applications.
e. Co-ordinating with staje holders like IFTAS/vendors for day to day activities.
- Installing and Maintaining of IBM MQ and Administration Activities.
- Understanding and performing data archival
- Knowledge in ISO 20022 XML message formats.
- Extensive troubleshooting knowledge on WebSphere Application Server, JBoss, IBM MQ
- Hands On experience in Unix Plateform (AIX, solaris OS, Linux) and Windows Plateform.
- Perform DR drills
- Co-ordinating for implementation of functional and regulatory changes.
- Maintaining Regulatory Compliance and ensuring Audit item Closure.
- User Management and Perform review.
- Basic Understand of licensing of middleware products.
Manager IT ( Infrastructure , Network and Cloud)
- Should possess knowledge IT setup in data centre ( windows/ Linux/Solaris/ AIX) Setup
- Understanding on the licensing calculation, installation, upgradation, tracking of asset inventory, patching, Governance,IT audit
- Understanding the sizing of infrastructure, virtualisation technologies
- Understanding of IT Network architecture,designipv4, IPV6, Routing, switching, tracking, patching, upgradation.
- IT security , Network Bandwidth monitoring procurement,sizing, SLA monitoring
- Coordination with infra and application team for troubleshooting Network related issues.
- Oracle Database Administrations.
Manager IT( Enterprise Data Ware House)
- Experience in Data Warehouse Module.
- Extracting and curating data from legacy systems into data warehouse system
- Automating the processing of user generated files for integration into data warehouse.
- Experience in Extract,Transform, Load(ETL) process and Jobs
- knowledge in automating the creation of data lakes.
- Any sort of experience in SAS dataware house will be an added advantage.
Senior Manager IT (Payment System)
- Supervising in UPI and NPCI related applications
- Managing the bank and vendor UPI team
- Co ordinating with stake holders like NPCI/ vendors for day to day activities.
- Performing Assesment on BD/ TD and identifying areas to improve.
- Maintaining SLA and Incident Management and Tracking RCA.
- coordination for implementation of functional and regulatory changes via Change Management.
- Maintaing regulatory compliance and ensuring Audit item Closure.
- Aiding in application related MIS for future Infra Sizing, SLA etc, regulatory requirements.
- Basic Understanding of HSMs
- Spearheading DR drills.
- procurement and vendor management.

Senior manager IT ( Infrastructure, Network and Cloud)
Experience in System administration /network administration/ middle where /Oracle database admin with working knowledge as below:
- designs ,plans and implementing system and network architectures that are high performing ,scalable ,fault tolerant ,secure and complaint.
- manage installation and monetary of IT equipments in DC/ DR environment patching ,backup etc.
- implementation of security policies capacity management
- managing the configuration and management of the IT infrastructure to support requirements in areas such as data retention security business continuity disaster recovery planning /testing and information risk management.
- implement policies standards to improve the quality and efficiency of support services. Provides service discipline covering incident problem and change management.
- review of infrastructure architecture and insure documentation of entire architecture design and evaluation work
- reviewing of SLA with vendors and taking corrective action.
Senior Manager – I ( vendor, outsourcing contract management procurement s,SLA payment)
- experience in vendor on boarding rfp tender processing preparation of scope pricing and service level agreements
- monitor vendor performance against SLA and KBI is vendor payments investing and address any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner insurance compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards .
- insure vendors compile with all contractual obligations regulatory requirement and internal policies.
Cyber Security Expert:
- demonstrated work experience to deal with complex issue in areas of network security Technology next generation fireworks( fortigate firewall Juniper /checkpoint firewall)
- hands on experience in rule configuration rule review change management process related to firewall another application security tools.
Qualification Criteria for IPPB RECRUITMENT 2025
According to the official notification of IPPB qualification required for the assign post are as follows
Assistant manager -IT
Minimum educational qualification for the post of Assistant Manager IT
BE or BTech in computer science/IT/computer application/ electronics and communication engineering /electronics and telecommunications /electronics and instrumentation .
OR
postgraduate degree in computer science /IT/ computer application/ computer application/ electronics and communication engineering /electronic and telecommunication /electronics and instrumentation
candidate with one year of experience in IT domain in bank of financial institution etc will be given a preference.
Manager IT ( Payment System)
BE or BTech in computer science/IT/computer application/ electronics and communication engineering /electronics and telecommunications /electronics and instrumentation .

Application Fees for IPPB Recruitment 2025:
According to the official notification of IPPB Recruitment 2025, Candidates Belongs to SC/ST/ PWD are required to pay Intimation Charge of Rs. 150 and other OBC and General have to pay Rs.750 as an application Fee.
