RRC SCR Recruitment 2025 : The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) of South Central Railway (SCR) is inviting online application from dynamic and qualified candidates for the posts of Sports Persons in Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’. As per the official notification of RRC SCR RECRUITMENT 2025 there are total 61 vacancies for the given post. The age limit for the given posts are minimum of age is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 25 years. The salary will be given as per the posts as Level 1, Level 2, Level 2 .
According to the official notification the minimum educational qualification is Matriculation (10th pass ) or ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT and 12th or its equivalent examinations. The candidates will be selected on the based upon Documents verification, performance in sports trials and assessment of sports achivement and educational qualification etc. as per official notification of RRC SCR RECRUITMENT 2025.
The application fee for SC/ST/Women/ Minorities and Economically Backward Classes is Rs. 250/- and other than that is Rs. 500/-.. Mode of application will be Online. Age limit for RRC SCR RECRUITMENT 2025:
As per the official notification age limit of applying candidate’s must be between 18 to 25 years as on 01.01.2025 i.e must have been born not earlier than 02.01.2000 and not later than 01.01.2007.( No relaxation in lower or Upper age limit for any Category of Candidates)

Qualification required for RRC SCR RECRUITMENT 2025:
Minimum educational qualification as per the official notification is that
A) For the post having GP- Rs.1800 Matriculation (10th) or ITI or Equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
B) For the post having GP – Rs. 1900/2000- 12th (+2 Stage) or its equivalent examinations.
Salary for RRC SCR RECRUITMENT 2025:
As per the official notification the Grade pay scale for Group C and Group D are as follows:
For Group C : Sports persons in Group post’s in Grade Pay Rs. 200/1900 (Level 3/2 in 7th CPC) in Pay Band of Rs Rs.5200-20200
For Group D : Sport Person in Group D post’s in Grade Pay Rs.1800/- (Level -1 in 7th CPC) in Pay Band of Rs. 5200-20200 against sport quota.

Selection Process for RRC SCR RECRUITMENT 2025:
Selection will be based upon document verification performance in a sports trials and assessment of sports achievement and educational qualification etc. Selection will be conducted by South Central railway headquarters Secundrabad for vacancies of headquarter quota and where respective division for vacancies of division quota. After scrutiny of applications by scrutiny committee shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for document verification and trial of sports performance.
Candidates who will found suitable in document verification by document verification committee trials of those candidate will be conducted by trial committee. Trial committee conduct trials to access their sport performance and suitability for railway /unit team as well as Indian railways team. Trial committee shall give its recommendation in terms of either fit or non-fit for consideration for next stage by giving marks as per criteria..
